I’ve never been tagged by someone’s blog, so I thought I would use Linda Permann’s blog as inspiration (sometimes I need a boost to get over a moment of writers block). With this game, people who are tagged are supposed to answer six questions about themselves, then tag six people at the end of the post to keep it going, so here goes:
What was I doing ten years ago?
Ten years ago I was single and living in a cool apartment with my cousin Wendy. I just met Dave on a blind date and we started going out regularly. I had just gotten out of a relationship that should have ended sooner than it did, spent some time dating, and was enjoying summer getting to know Dave and hanging out at his pool. I was also working at a different company, doing legal research.
Five things on my to-do list for today? (I wrote this on Sunday but forgot to post it!)
Go to church – missed that one because we had torrential rains this morning.
Take my aunt Madelon hiking to celebrate her 70th birthday – which we didn’t do because of the storms. We went out for ice cream instead!
Read some work I brought home – didn’t happen!
Cut out fabric for a robe I want to make from Amy Butler’s In Stitches book – no motivation for this one.
Work out – YES! – I did twenty minutes on the elliptical and twenty minutes of free weights.
Snacks I like:
Raw nuts
Plain and peanut MnMs mixed
Chips and Salsa
Veggies and Hummus
Cheese and summer sausage
Things I would do if I were a billionaire?
First, I would pay off some debt. Then I would give some money to my family.
Then I would travel around the world.
Finally, I would open a sewing shop, not just fabrics, but offer sewing instruction.

Hey, in places you’ve lived, you forgot about Thorp, WI and Random Lake, WI. And didn’t you live in Whitewater for a while too? Maybe I can even remember a few more for the list!
